This policy is in effect from 15th Sept 2020.

Village101.com.au ships to any address within Australia.

We don’t currently ship outside Australia via the online website.  However, you may contact us via email: tamara@village101.com.au so that we can calculate the freight to an overseas destination and provide you with a quote.

Calculation of postage is based on item size, weight and delivery location. We will decide whether to send it through Australia Post or through our preferred courier.

Items will be posted within 2 business days. A tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch via email. As a guideline, allow 7 working days for the item to reach the delivery address.

Any changes to the above policy will be notified via email to all customers.
